Aisha Williams, Ph.D., is a coach, consultant, and group leader dedicated to helping her clients develop sound approaches to building emotional health and resilience. She has expertise in varied disciplines such as Mindfulness, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Psychosensory Interventions and Hypnotherapy. She integrates these modalities in her work helping clients to deepen their connection with their inner resources, particularly during periods of transition or heightened challenge. Aisha holds a doctorate in clinical psychology from Fordham University, with a research focus on identifying ways in which mindfulness, meditation, and spiritual practice protect against the deleterious psychological impact of multiple forms of stress.
